The European Defence Union - Article-by-Article Commentary

Article-by-article commentary on all treaty provisions that serve as legal bases contributing to the development of the European Union of Defence Just like the French version (Larcier, Coll. Textes et commentaires), the book aims to comment on the legal norms of the European Union which, in an especially hostile security context, enable the strengthening of the Union's defence capabilities and the gradual development of a "European Defence Union"–;something that, until only a few years ago, seemed inconceivable given that this area falls, at least in principle, within the sovereign competences of each Member State.
