Quentin Blake and the Demoiselles des bords de Seine

The Petit Palais is home to a wonderful collection of pictures, both in its permanent and its reserve collections. Quentin Blake was given carte blanche to delve into them and he presents us, in the pages of this book as on the walls of the museum, with a fascinating selection of works by famous and lesser-known artists which show women in many guises.
