D20 APSAD standard - Photovoltaic systems - Technical document for building safety

The development of renewable energies raises concerns about the potential risks of photovoltaic installations, in particular the risk of fire. The purpose of D20 APSAD standard is to support users, specifiers and installers in managing projects involving the installation of photovoltaic systems on roofing. It compiles the provisions concerning the design, installation and maintenance that should be emulated for these systems, in order not to aggravate the risk of fire and ensure accessibility for interventions by fire-fighters or maintenance services.
