LES ACTEURS À L'ÈRE DU CONSTITUTIONNALISME GLOBAL - ACTORS IN THE AGE OF GLOBAL

L'objectif poursuivi par cette étude est de déterminer comment et à travers quels procédés légaux les différents acteurs impliqués dans le processus de mondialisation (États, citoyens, entreprises transnationales, tribunaux, etc.), contribuent au constitutionnalisme global (au sens, à la fois, d'un cadre normatif émergent et d'un programme de réformes). Les auteurs sont de jeunes chercheurs provenant de France et d'Allemagne spécialisés en droit international et/ou en droit public. Cet ouvrage en anglais et en français est divisé en quatre parties principales (I. Paradigmes II. États et individus III. Organisations internationales IV. Entreprises multinationales). Les chapitres du présent ouvrage ont été débattus à l'occasion d'un atelier intitulé « Souveraineté étatique à l'ère du constitutionnalisme global » où sont intervenus de jeunes chercheurs et qui s'est tenu à l'Université de Bâle (dans le cadre du colloque biennale des sociétés allemande et française de droit international). The question of this study is how and through which legal schemes the various actors in the globalization process (states, citizens, transnational companies, courts, and so on) contribute to global constitutionalism (understood both as an emerging normative framework and as reform agenda). The authors are young legal researchers from France and Germany, with a background in international law and/or public law. The book is in French and English and is divided into four main parts (I. Paradigms II. States et Individuals III. International Organisations IV. Multinational Corporations). The chapters were discussed at a workshop Sovereign Statehood in the Age of Globalism - Patterns and Processes of Global Constitutionalism, for junior researchers held at the University of Basel (as a part of the biennial colloquium of the French and German Societies of International Law).
