Biarritz the Russian Riviera

This work explores the historical and contemporary links between Russia and Biarritz, from the exile of the imperial nobility after the Russian Revolution to the arrival of Russian oligarchs and criminal networks. The book examines how Biarritz became a favored destination for Russian elites, including the mafia (BRATVA), through real estate investments and complex financial arrangements.
