Francis Trigge, A Godly and Fruitfull Sermon Preached at Grantham, Oxford, 1595

Trigge's sermon is of special interest in the context of the Elizabethan controversy between supporters of the Established Church and Puritans and of the publication of the first four books of Hooker's Laws of Ecclesiastical Polity in 1593. There
