1958. Kathleen Van Overstraeten, a young Belgian hostess, gets involved in a series of events that put the World’s Fair in Brussels in jeopardy: theft at the pavilion of the Vatican, sabotage at the Russian pavilion... The Cold War is at its height and Kathleen suddenly finds herself in the middle of a bitter struggle for power and becomes a pawn in a deadly game with one goal: to make sure the peace negotiations fail.
