Much Ado About Nothing (B2.1)

Claudio is in love with Hero, but is afraid that she will reject him. His friend, Don Pedro, volunteers to make her fall in love with him at a masked ball. The trick works well, and Hero agrees to marry Claudio. But Don Pedro’s brother, Don John, organises a plot which will make Claudio think that Hero is unfaithful… Claudio réussira-t-il à être payé de retour par Hero ? Le subtil et cynique Benedick tombera amoureux de Béatrice, intelligente et déterminée à ne pas se marier ? Ce sera Don Pedro, un ami des deux, à résoudre les problèmes et à déjouer les complots diaboliques du mauvais Don John, son frère.
