The Original Gitanjali by Rabindranath Tagore

In world literature, the real, Original Gitanjali (from 1911), composed of 157 poems in Bengali, unfolds all aspects : from life to death for finally reaching - through a process of transmutation - Completeness and Self-realisation and undeniable UNIVERSALISM. Here is its first integral translation into English (up to now only 50 were translated and got the Nobel prize en 1913) by a well known, Indian linguistic professor and poet himself, professor Udaya SINGH, former vice president of Tagore's university, Visva-Bharati, near Calcutta.
