Fuguing Tunes is the fourth movement of the work Millennial Suite: Hymns through the Ages. The work's six movements make imaginative use of popular hymns that are presented in chronological order. The title is a reference to a kind of hymn-tune that included a passage employing imitative entries between different sections of the choir.
